Unexpected warmth from the staff

The staff were genuinely attentive, and the clean room welcomed us after a long drive. Enjoyed good nearby dining options.

It interrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance we hoped for.

Great location, fairly nice area, short walk to restaurants in the area and Atlanta motor speedway. Fresh food, really good and welcoming staff from the front desk to the maids.

Swimming pool, size of room and geographical location make it a completely correct hotel.

The establishment is a little old and therefore a little less comfortable.

Really good early check-in!

Rooms were clean but not updated the room we had had a very musty smell and a carpet patch that looked like a 10 year old would have installed.

Smell and poor maintance.

Price, staff, location, very clean and well maintained.

I had a pleasant night with a comfortable bed and a solid breakfast experience. However, the interstate noise was a bit disruptive. I'd return for the clean room!

in the first room we were rented and the staff knew they had a problem with rooms 106 and 107 having roaches. The second room we were given had them as well. The bathtub was covered as well. They comped the room but that was too little too late. I just can't get passed the idea that they knew and rented it anyway. Never ever gonna stay there or any Best Western again.

Not enough places to eat

the carpet had a slight odor , but the breakfast was really good with fresh waffles and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.

The room layout and bed were wonderful. Great working air and hot water with strong water pressure. This is a big point for me.

Unfortunately there were some bugs in the room. I figure because of the construction outside it probably chased them under the hotel door.

The stay was terrible. There was mold around the bathtub, the grout in the bathroom floor tile was disgusting. You can hear the highway all night and parking is cramped. I would not stay again!

The rooms werenice and neat. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage, which exceeded my expectations from previous stays in benton.

the tv remote didn't work properly.

The staff was always very helpful and polite.

we were unable to maximize the wifi because it was unsecured. Statistics show that 40% of identity theft in the nation occurs because of hotel wifis. It would have been so nice to at least require a password and therefore be able to use this option.

The desk clerk was nice

tv listings not current with channel listing. Oder in room..probably cleaner or air fresher..horrible. Not good directions. Painting going on..had to have car moved by 7 am. Outside entrance..didn't realize when I booked it. Wouldn't stay there again..no restaurants within walking distance.
